'work with balloons, inflated or deflated. you could even use one as the base for papier-mache, cover it in glue-coated string (let dry, then pop the balloon), or...?'i'm a leader in a church group of girls that are 8-11 years old. i plan an activity every 2nd & 4th wednesday and tomorrow i planned some water games involving water balloons. i figured this would be perfect. i didn't want to fill them all up tonight so i just did one. i couldn't find a sharpie so i used just a black marker. it probably would have been darker when filled.
